7-day returns

You can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. The carrying case and all included parts must be present.

How to start a return

Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup with the courier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue your refund. Because most orders are cash on delivery, refunds are sent via your preferred method, instant wallet, bank transfer, or store credit.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, some situations are not eligible for return or refund.

• Items showing use, soot, or fire damage
• Products missing the grate, panels, or carrying case
• Damage caused by misuse or improper assembly

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost to you.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and email if you provide one. We do not store card numbers, orders are cash on delivery.

How we use it

Your information is used to process and deliver your order, contact you about its status, and provide support. With your consent, we may send occasional product updates.

Who we share it with

We share delivery details only with the courier handling your order. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include applicable taxes. We may update prices and product details at any time. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, with a full notice to you.

Product use

Easy Grill products use charcoal and reach high temperatures. You agree to follow the included assembly and safety instructions and to use the grill outdoors in a well-ventilated space, away from flammable materials.

Warranty

Your grill is covered against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, rust from improper storage, or damage from misuse. Reach out and we will make it right where the defect is ours.

Intellectual property

The Easy Grill name, logo, product designs, and website content belong to Easy Grill and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
